You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with your order number to begin.
Unopened items in resalable condition qualify for a full refund. For opened items, please reach out — we review these case by case and aim to be fair.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo). Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after it's processed.
You can cancel a subscription anytime to stop future charges. Refunds for already-shipped subscription orders follow the same 30-day policy above.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.
